Dr. Keisha Grey is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Grey & Associates, where she helps mission-driven organizations align vision, people, and process for sustainable performance. Over 15+ years, she has led complex initiatives in organizational development, leadership assessment, strategic planning, and community engagement—always anchored in clear goals and measurable outcomes. Dr. Grey has overseen more than $10.5M in program funding and contributed to securing $25M+ in grants across public, nonprofit, and philanthropic partners. A certified Wiley Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors practitioner, she designs evidence-based learning and change strategies that strengthen teams and accelerate execution.
