Dr. Keisha Grey founded Grey & Associates to help mission-driven organizations turn strategy into measurable progress. She works directly with executive directors, boards, and senior leadership teams to clarify priorities, strengthen governance, and build the operational infrastructure that funders and stakeholders trust.
Over 25 years, Dr. Grey has overseen more than $10.5M in program funding and contributed to securing over $25M in grants across public, nonprofit, and philanthropic partners.
