Dr. Keisha Grey is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Grey & Associates, where she leads strategic planning for nonprofits, public agencies, and mission-driven organizations. Her approach aligns vision, people, and process for sustainable, measurable performance.

Over 25 years, she has overseen more than $10.5M in program funding and contributed to securing $25M+ in grants. In addition, she is a Wiley Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner, Five Behaviors® practitioner, and RBA-certified consultant who designs evidence-based strategies that produce results stakeholders can verify.
