Dr. Keisha Grey is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Grey & Associates. She helps mission-driven organizations align vision and people. As a result, they achieve lasting performance. 

For over 20 years, she has led complex initiatives in organizational development, strategic planning, and community engagement. Moreover, her work is always tied to clear goals and measurable outcomes. Dr. Grey has managed more than $10.5M in funding. In addition, she has helped secure over $25M in grants for our partners.

Because she is a certified Wiley Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors practitioner, Dr. Grey designs strong learning plans. Therefore, teams get stronger and work faster. Clients choose Dr. Grey for her practical style. Ultimately, she delivers results leaders can see and stakeholders can trust.
